terraria is actually fun enough to play over and over again. i didn't even bother to finish starbound because it's just not very fun imo. wish i could get a refund, honestly. captmeat or whoever it was who asked for a refund prior to the alpha release was 100% correct.
It kinda spoils it when you play it way before they add all of the features they have planned before the real release.
It's the same deal with all "Early Access" games. You risk not wanting to play it even when cool stuff gets added in because you've already done pretty much everything that was fun in the game.
But yeah, I agree. It was just too unfinished (what did I expect, lol?) to be insanely fun. Besides, I can barely play any game now-a-days without it being modded out the ass. (Terraria included.)
On the topic of Starbound, even with all of the biomes and such being added, the game just seems repetitive at it's current development, so I'll just have to learn to be patient.
