Ok considering you said your fastest time for a mile was 5:45

Alright, I'm an all around speedy mother forgeter. That better?

I'm 13, 100-110 pounds, I swim every week, run almost every day, and starting track soon. My 50yd dash record is 5.5, the world record is 4.8, I'm feel like I'm close, and can't wait for track >:D

I can't run for stuff lol. I have terrible endurance.

My heart just can't handle it. I can do short distance running like on Vault for gymnastics however.

I can run for 4 hours exhausted, after that I throw up.

my mom made me run with her everyday at the beginning of last summer
every 1 mile ran = 1 hour on the computer
i ran a lot :)

Today I got my 3rd thing to plate mode(45 lbers) with starting strength.

Now I do 1 plate on my bench(1 45 each side)
1 plate and a 25 on squat
2 plates on deadlift

Overhead press I am only at a 25 on each side and struggling its a hard one(keep in mind the bar itself is 45)

So to put it into lbs.
bench 135
squat 185
deadlift 225
OHP 100

I'm pretty impressed at myself considering i weigh 169 now and I am 6'6 so that's pretty much anorexic(I was 145ish I think when I started can't recall)

This is only 5 weeks in so barely over a month this is my 6th week.

I haven't tried any 1 rep maxes but I did bench 175 3 times last week and I'm sure I could squat maybe 220 the squats are pretty hard.

Age: 15 (happy birthday to me Feb 23)
Weight: 240 LBS (inb4)
Height: 5 feet 2 inches
I did 30 push ups earlier today, but that put me on the verge of noodle-arm syndrome. Real on your toe push ups, too. I might do some more before bed because I heard it keeps your muscles working throughout the night. I'm trying to get myself into a respectable shape. I seriously hate my current body. What kind of workouts to you suggest for someone of my body type? If it helps, my apartment building has a community gym with a swimming pool. The gym has one of those adjustable 4-1 machine type things, it also has a stair climber and a treadmill. I have some weights on my desk that I curl whenever I catch myself sitting around and reading stuff on my laptop. Not sure how much they weigh, but I can curl with my right arm about 50 times until I HAVE to switch. Oh, and I ride my bike 2 1/2 miles to and from my bus stop every day, so my calves are iron (feels good man).

On a side note, what do you guys know about metabolic steroids. They are supposed to boost your metabolism, right? I think I might try those if they are safe enough.

JazZ does, he's loving ripped.

i would imagine leg press would be pretty easy, ive never tried to max out or do it that much but still

Oh that reminds me, when I was in middle school we had this weight room so I decided to try out the leg press machine one day. I set it with all the weights and it was easy mode. There was a conversion chart, and the weight I was pushing was ~400 LBS. No one else could press the plate more than two times. Made me feel good.
