I think the reason I could fire arrows so fast is because of animations cancelling eachother out, meaning that after you click attack you can (almost) right away right click again to fire another arrow since the attack animation cancels out the arrow animation

cool stuff, will upload highlights in a bit
I look forward to seeing this!

my laptop is being a fart

no it's not

there's no server up and you can't play single player

ohhhhh ok

I spent all morning trying to figure out why I couldn't host with the debug build for greater crash testing.

...windows firewall blocked it many moons ago :|

I seriously spent hours and hours trekking through the engine trying to figure this out, I have no idea how that happened.

"This Wasn't Very Well Thought Out"
The partial run is from just before the server crash.

I really love that human stack strategy, easily one of the funniest things I've seen go down in this game.

Next time we crash I'll be able to properly debug it and hopefully figure out what happened.

we would have made it further if that trap tile wasn't there

So I got to play on the server with Rotondo and got to try the game on my own :)

I got to Level 4 before I turned a Slime into a Yeti and died because I ran out of magic...
There was a glitch or bug after I died where I couldn't type letters, I could only open and close the text box.

this might actually be something with torque, I used to get something similar in Age of Time every now and then

Thanks for reporting that I'll look into it, and thanks for helping test.

Just wanted to share this gif I caught when people were playing chicken catch

Also I've been messing around with giving the monsters some hit invulnerability so I tested out an old effect.

The rainbow effect makes the enemy look more powerful in my opinion. I would make the enemy transparent to show invulnerability.

Maybe a chrome/silver skin if trans doesn't work out.

Chicken flying:

Dramatic bombs:

I'm really happy I figured out how to get scaling animations to work.

hey rotondo, would it be possible to put the game in the xbox marketplace? is Torque even compatible with xboxes?
