except their nukes are 1/3 the size of hiroshima (making them 5 kt) so I doubt any damage they could output would be noticeable
Was just saying, I highly doubt the nuclear fallout from anything they produce would actually produce an EMP effect for larger than a half mile radius
Our missile defense systems could stop a north korean missile, seeing as it would be made of fiberglass and scotch tape. Even if they did try to make more missiles, they would quickly run out of silly string cans to fuel the rockets, and they would fall short of their targets.

They most likely don't have the rockets able to hit the Mainland, but given a little time.. they might have the capability to hit a target closer to their mainland.West Honolulu of Hawaii, specifically, Pearl Harbor.
We should be more worried that Tokyo is within their missile range, and happens to have 13 million people.
