LILLYMU MERCENARY COMPANY NEEDS PILOTS

Our company just scored an expensive and high-paying contract and we're in need of people to fly our war-machines into battle. All applicants will be issued the frigate in the previous brochure, and special applicants may be issued Battleplatform-class dreadnoughts. All you need to do is fly the ship we give you with the fleet, shoot the people we're paid to kill and you get to keep your ship and an additional 5 million credits in payment.

WHERE DO I JOIN???

they look great

I build my ships in an odd number of bricks wide, anyone else do this?

Has the whole you-can't-enter-a-ship-anywhere-besides-the-ship-core thing been taken care of?

Nope, but its not too handicapped if you think about it. The core acts are the roosterpit..

It gets more handicapped the more I think about it. I should be able to enter from a roosterpit, not the core of the spacecraft which should be tucked away somewhere.

Well my core is tucked away into the hangar bay, which then I can switch to the roosterpit using the arrow key.
Makes it quicker if I need to abort/take out my salvager

Well, I still demand a little bit of realism.

Actually, forget realism. We're talking about practicality.

What's practical is that when I enter my ships core, I only have to press one button on my keyboard to go to the other end of my massive battleship.
That's practical.

well you can enter from weapons computers and missile computers if you get inside one and press the UP and DOWN arrow keys

alternatively you can just do what I do: dock tiny ship and then switch to the big ship with the arrow keys

Spent my day off today making this..
forgets up any space pirates in 1 hit.

But you can't enter from your roosterpit, can you?
