iirc schema said he was planning to make it so you can only move 50% speed on any axis other than forward

I suppose it's better than nothing but it still dumb. Corneroids had amazing propulsion. How do you people live with the fact that you can see these huge starships going really fast sideways. This is literally the only reason I'm not interested in the game. Shame since it doesn't seem like the devs are going to remake the propulsion.

Everyone misses corneroids. Unfortunately mikko is a whore and isn't going to resume development. Next best thing is either star made or (if you want to risk disappointment) space engineers

I've started construction on something that I hope turns out to be a frigate. Right now it has 22k power w/ 30k a sec regen, and 2018 thrust with only 1112 mass (insidee is mostly not filled out yet). I haven't added a lot of "decorative" things to make it look better either so it looks kinda bad right now

Mostly finished now. I just have to add some decorative stuff and it'll be finished.

Why not? It's mostly a shipbuilding game anyway not the lead up to it

I wish they added some other form of challenge on single player other than pirates. Once you can beat like 2 of em at once you pretty much can destroy their station.
