Author Topic: Is Netflix really that worth it?  (Read 1396 times)

Are there any alternatives to it? (anything but Hulu, which used to be free and good)

I love watching movies, but don't wanna go to a theater constantly.

After awhile of having Netflix you will run out of things to watch. Also, if you go to a buddies house who is watching Netflix, he will most likely be watching something you already saw recently. It's annoying. :s

Hulu is still free, I mean some things require you to pay but you can usually get most of the really recent shows for free. It also always had obscenely long ads.

I'm getting sick of netflix, they're selection of movies mostly blows. Though they're original programming is bangin, I'm excited for the new Arrested Development. Also House of Cards was really really good. If this is any indicator of things to come they'll be making a ton of HBO quality television in the near future.

Well I might get a subscription for it on my iPad, but I am looking to see if there is anything with a bigger variety, and perhaps cheaper.

I want Netflix Really bad.

Netflix is pretty good, I use it mainly for watching TV series and movies that I've never heard of before. I can't compare it to Hulu though, since I've never tried it.

I think you would be alot happier with hulu plus <3

Netflix is great, I would totally suggest you get it.

Try getting your family to pay for it. It can be watched simultaneously by at least 3 devices within your home. (Computer, Game Console, iPod etc.)

I'd love Netflix if my parents would pay for it and if we had good internet

But nope I'm stuck with my 360 and DVD's

:(
