Well, when I wanna buy something, they buy it from THEIR account then transfer how much that item was from by account back into theirs.

Anyways, ask them for permission to make a paypal account. If they ask why, say a bullstuff excuse like "I want to learn responsability with my money" or "I'd like to begin making purchases on my own to prepare for my future".

I asked plenty of times.
They either gave me no response, a big "NO" in my face, or they say (most common) "Maybe later, I don't know right now"  <-- They have been saying that same thing for years.

I'm 16 now, maybe it might work this time, or my parents just don't want me to know how to get to my own bank account.   


EXACTLY the same when I wanted a Facebook.  I just went ahead and made one anyway, and they just went along with it.    ._.

Or just do it without asking and hide all of the evidence and casually tell them a few months/years later. I got my phone that way.
