I just started and I need to get some bells. Do you guys have any tips for just starting out?
try to visit other towns and get foreign fruit, and then plant it in your own town
foreign fruit sells for 500 bells each, and if you get a number of trees the money can stack up
your own perfect fruit, which is your native fruit but looks slightly different sells for 600 bells in your town, and an amazing 3,000 bells in another town
to make money off your native fruits, plant the perfects and collect all the regular ones, and sell them in another town that has it's own different native fruit for 500 each
when you unlock the island the beetles there sell for a great sum of money, try visiting it at night for maximum profit
one last thing: every day one rock in your town will be a money rock, which gives you sacks of money each time you hit it in a certain time limit and another rock in your town will give you a single ore and break, the ore can be sold or used to make furniture at re-tail
