I have an eight pound weight in my room that I occasionally use

well I curl 45lb free weights

now that I think about it I could also pull a 70lb free weight for tricep overhead extensions, neither of those being my max

I miss lifting :(

So the pain was so intense during practice that I had to stop.

I have a few nights to ice and heal up. :( Major bummer
You're going to need much more time to heal, don't push it like I did

I couldn't find that paper with those exercises but they're basically the same as these

I was doing starting strength which really has no trap exercise but my new routine has barbell shrugs and rows so it should be remedied. You'd be surprised though how big my traps are from back view.

So, I've had a few days off and its getting a little better.

Anyways, if you find the bony arc in your arse the pain is right next to that.

Dont know if its my sciatic nerve, an abdominal muscle or glute muscle thats causing it. Glutes would make sense because it hurts when I squat.

3k calories is extremely easy to achieve for me. But why are you bulking aren't you at an extremely high body fat %?
