i go into the weight room at school whenever we have a choice day
and i do like 10 reps of 90 pound bench press (pathetic i know) and 10 pullups, 10 inverted situps, 10 140 lbs on leg press
at home it's
15 each:
pullups
pushups
situps
squats
supermen
burpees
i used to not be able to do a single pullup, now i can do 10 in a row. feels good, man.
