There's something you have to understand about heed's servers.
Most servers use mighty weaponsets that reduce the effect that a poorly-organized team has on the team's success.
Not so with Heed's. Heed's servers actually amplify the effect to the point where an organized team (and that means the entire team, not just 4 smart people on a team full of idiots) usually means the difference between victory and defeat.
Here's an experiment you should do, Heed, to prove this point. If one team is dominating the other, when the round ends, swap the entire teams instead of shuffling them (move all reds to blue and all blues to red). If those people continue to dominate regardless of team color, then it really is all about the players, and your case is clear.
