At the end of the day you aren't going to convince your opposition that you are right and he isn't going to change your views either. I remember seeing something before that was even able to connect a drop in crime in NYC with the legalisation of abortion. There's no reason to make abortion illegal. If you personally don't want to get an abortion, don't get one. However, it is irresponsible to make it so others can't have an abortion.
