Why we should have the old Blockland back.

Has anybody bothered mentioning that if you want the old blockland back, nothing is stopping you from downloading an earlier version of blockland that has I/T. And, in fact, if you do download an earlier version, you can host fully functioning servers that can be joined by anybody that's running that version of blockland.

With that said; People should stop complaining about not having I/T. This is a building game, and Shadows and Shaders is just what we needed to make builds that look even better than they did before.

They're listed on the master server..
The only restriction is that you can't join unless you're running the same version, so if you wanted to play with friends all they need to do is download that version. Besides, a lot of users actually do have fun playing singleplayer.

If you want movable bricks and buildable vehicles, nothing's stopping you from playing v0002! Theres no need to add movable or freely rotatable bricks when you can just play the older version. The servers are also listed on the master server for people to join!

This is a game of creation.
If you don't create, you can't play.Wrong. You can play what other people created. Sometimes it's more fun that way.  Simply because it nobody created, there would be no game.
The nature of this game is to build stuff, the goddamn tagline on the game itself emphasizes that.
That's a stuffty cop out. "Oh, it's too hard to build nice things!"Get a computer that doesn't run DOS.Id rather play a well polished game than a crappy cutout as I stated before...Yes you can. Why not try it sometime?

I just really wish more people made things to play other than search for servers to play on. There would be more diversity in the server base, more interesting things to be a part of, and lastly more game to play.
Right now we have default-build RP's in every genre imaginable.

1. Not a copout. Try rebuilding one of the GSF cities out of bricks. Won't work too well.
2. Not really much I (or many other people) can do about that. Do you think we all have loads a money to throw around for a computer that does good gaming?
3. In that respect we differ in personal opinion; I'd sometimes rather have something than nothing at all, so long as the better something was still being worked on.
4. I did. Didn't work. It was to be a huge deep beach pit but Modter didn't have the right wedge ramp angles and I couldn't include air pockets underwater without using Water Bricks (which would be a bad idea). If someone wants to go ahead and make me an "air" zonebrick that acts like air underneath map-based water, I would reconsider.
I am working on a default castle build but the going is very slow. Nowhere near a quarter done and it's been quite a while.
Servers using high-speed FPS gameplay sometimes do better without all those side brick textures.

No I am not comparing removing interiors to what the national socialists did. It's just an example as to why it's not appropriate to use this image, because everyone has their own opinion and many people do not agree with the removal of interiors.
