Author Topic: TITANIC (Latest update pg. 38. Current as of 13 Mar 15)  (Read 89148 times)

Titanic was the safest ship in the world at the time, just as Titanic II will be now. The difference is, we now track just about everything which might get in the way of a ship now. The amount of damage needed to sink Titanic II is downright ludicrous, and a cause for such an event is even more difficult to think of! I honestly can't name a likely threat to Titanic II.

Except for human error.

i dont see one either, all i said was, thats what they said the last time.
there we both won the argument, now lets shut up before we get banned for something

Except for human error.
Do you honestly believe that the officers of a ship called the Titanic II, with much of the media, and even the public, doubting everything right down to the vessel itself (honestly, if you think the media is hyping this ship up any, you have another thing coming) would be that careless?

And besides that, Costa Concordia was very top-heavy by nature of being a cruise ship. Titanic II, on the other hand, is a much more bottom-heavy, stable vessel by nature of being an ocean liner, designed to take on the worst of not only the Atlantic Ocean, but the world's oceans, as they plan on bringing her to a lot more ports than just those in Europe and the east coast of the US.

I redesigned the lifeboats with design influence from Demian.

well guess what dude, i have been building models of the titanic, reading every book about the titanic, watching documentaries about the titanic, and doing just about everything that involves the titanic since i was 3, i may not have retained all the information i learned but im sure i know a lot more about the subject than you Treynolds so stfu
Sounds like you wasted a bunch of your life to me then, if you can manage to get yourself into an argument about a titanic and still lose

the argument was unnecessary and had no end. RMS contradicted himself in every post, i agreed with most of his posts, and in the end the argument ended with no positive outcome. so i dont know what you mean.

Is there any reason you're building the ship in the order you're currently doing it? Why is the bottom hull still unfinished? Why are there missing walls on the decks? I can understand why the is no real interior yet, but I assumed you'd build the exterior first.

i was wondering that to. i saw this build in a server and was very confused

he builds in the order which he sees, not which you'd construct an actual ship. benefits of not being limited to this plane of existence's physics.

hmm now lets change that a bit to make it so we can understand it less

he constructs in the order of life in which he sees, not in which you'd construct an actual vessel of the fallen leaves. benefits of not being limited to this planes of time and existence.
what a poet :'^) *clapclapclap*

The lifeboats are as beautiful as the main ship.

I still can't believe an actual human built this, lol.
This is really, really good, 20/10.

I would be far more impressed if someone managed to create a program to replicate the Titanic with Blockland bricks.
