They've given out plat codes like once every half year. Last I remember one was for Alienware about 3 or so months ago. Also I can't name a game because all the F2P games I've played have never soley based their income on cosmetics. Maybe, RaiderZ would be a good example, because I rarely see anyone around with cosmetic items.
TF2, hats.
Okay, they also sell weapons in the in-game store.
But mostly cosmetics.
How rude it may sound, i actually sort of agree with xxxxkill and qwepir. Though they are too aggressive about it in my opinion.
I don't go around on these forums ranting about how broken the game is.
I find the game less enjoyable now, so i just don't play as often.
Surely there are things they can improve, but what use is it to explain that to others. They like to play it still, so why even bother trying to explain why the game is bad.
Explain it to the developers in a constructive way and they might just listen.
Yes i read that those who try to explain the things that are broken in-game are being banned/hidden/whatever, but yeah well, there are also tons of people who find the game broken and just say: "Hey your game is broken, fix it and stop making new content."
Which is not helping at all.
Tl;Dr stop preaching to other players why the game is broken.
If they enjoy it, let them enjoy it.
Rather try to get your constructive feedback to the devs. And if they don't want to listen, then it's too bad for them, they are not taking feedback very well.
