With the right mods, Loki can essentially become permanently cloaked. Radial Disarm is also an amazing utility skill.

you can try mobile defense (Kappa on Sedna is considered the best)

i just built myself a BOLTOR using a blueprint i found
pretty legit compared to that old shotgun i had except bullets travel kinda slow
