why the forget can Rhino Use iron skin and Valkyr can use Hysteria in PvP
both of them are literally "press Button to win" moves that should be disabled in PvP.

I was just doing it with my friend in the dojo
he chose literally every frame that has a ability that makes them immune to damage

Lol just run away from them and wait them out, and then steal their energy orbs. I've beaten Rhino multiple times with the waiting tactic.
Or you can like, beat them to the engery orb and kill them. Conclaves lets you play how you want to play. Dojo dueling sucks because there's no room for playstyles, its just "who can kill faster/be cheapest". I wish there was more good feeling PvP in Warframe like Conclaves. Implementing it into Badlands woulda been awesome.

yeah it isn't possible to outrun my friend since hes an ass and put a maxxed out sprint on his valkyr

I dont even use invis. I generally use Ash in Conc, but I've been digging Excal and Zephyr lately. I've actually never faced a Valk in Conclaves before. :U

I can tell you from clan dojo PvP valk is a starfish
her ultimate makes her Invincible for about 30 seconds and she gains a insane increase in melee damage and is immune to all status effects including being knocked down

I still have yet to play a legit match in Conclaves. A friend and I played against each other a few times, with house rules once or twice(no primary weapons, no powers, etc). It was pretty fun, but since we were both nubs, there wasn't much for us to do. Now, when I can't even find any people online in the Conclaves.
