I'm hoping for a limited amount of points at start that you can distribute. So if i want i can start out as a kick ass driver but everything else will suck ass.

look at his stats. they suck cunt cheese. im not saying we have to start off like the main characters, but we dont have to start off as some guy who has no idea how to anything

my bet is either starting out at flat 0, and work your skills up to 100/100 (which i like), or you'll get a very low total amount of points to spend on the skills. (which i don't expect at all since that doesn't exist in single-player)
regardless, i wouldn't expect to be able to have a full bar on any skill immediately

Yea this. It adds a sense of progression anyways. I'm fine with starting out with 0 everything.

It uploads automatically and you can view it by clicking the Most Recent tab and then clicking My Photos.
