how do you put a 250k bounty on someone?  Afaik the max is 9k.

Hey guys, In GTA online I appear to be stuck in my garage, I have 2 options on my phone that I'm not supposed to have in GTA Online (email and quick save), whenever I access maze bank it says "Welcome, Michael De Santa" and not CreamTurk3y I was going to attempt making a new character to see if that fixes the problem but before I do, does anyone else know of a solution?

EDIT: Created a new character and joined a session, I was instantly kicked and now it won't load.

I have already tried this like 3 times with no luck :(

Edit: I launched the game in an invite only session and it seems to have worked I had the online version of the phone, my car was in the garage and I could leave, although when I went outside, changed my spawn location and tried to join a normal session it got stuck during the loading screen and timed out.

Seriously, does anyone know how to fix this? The GTA forums are being extremely unhelpful and I can't find anything about this on Google.

like why do we become bad sports for destroying someone's car if they're speeding down the road drive-by shooting us/throwing sticky bombs at us
