There was a SUV being chased by a patrol car and it got stuck in traffic, and when they both got out of their vehicles the people in the SUV took out their weapons and got mowed down by the cops

lol, reminds me of this one moment I had in GTA V

You know those 2 guys (they appear as blue blips) in the parking lot robbing the shop owner, and you're supposed to give them a ride? Well, I thought they were starfishs for robbing a small shop, so I ran them over.

Then, a cop came by and said "Local neighborhood police, thanks for intervening." and started checking the bodies.
