All GTA's before V - "okay guys you can ram into whatever pole you want and it'll snap like a twig unlike trees which are indestructible"

GTA V - "okay guys you can now destroy some more trees but now most of the poles are indestructible have fun"

Rally racing is where you have a partner and they have to guide you where you need to go, GTA is with guns like he said.

Racing is the normal one.
