there are no decent glitches for it
there are a couple of other things though I guess?? on google I found one on "morehacks.net" and "gtaonlinemoneyhacks.com"
but uhh
no idea if they'll actually work
and just in case, if you download them, I'd do a virus scan on them before running them

I just found an easy way to get $20,000 per 5 minutes.
Find a high level player who has the mission "Rooftop Rampage"
put it on hardmode, complete it, return to freeroam then get the host to request the job again
repeat until you're satisfied.
This is the best method I've used recently.

it's not the blista compact, if that's what you're wondering. the compact was taken out after GTA IV for some reason.
