Sports cars are over rated.
I use a maxed out Bifta. It's pretty fast, Handles great, Can ride off-road easily, And its cheap as forget.
It only costs me about 200$ to pay for its insurance.

I'm more of a competitive person when it comes to public games so I'm more on the ridiculously fast side.

I just bought the Banshee though and it has one kickass handling.
