i can't connect to anyone except a few random people occasionally, and rarely ever get invites from other people in GTAO. what's the deal here? my UPnP is enabled but the PS3 thinks it's not available. and my NAT Type is 2.

This is very likely your problem. However, there doesn't seem to be any consensus about what causes it and how to fix it, so you're gonna just have to Google it and trawl through the results. Sorry :(

well its not the best off road vehicle, you cant modify it all, and it costs more than the best offroad vehicles.
