Is anyone else having this incredbily stupid glitch? When I try to enter my garage in GTA Online it shows a milisecond of the garage and then it brings me back outside inside my car, but I lose all the control of my car and I'm unable to move until I move to another session.

i finished all the installation stuff

now i just have a 5 GB update to go through which downloads through the online and will take an estimated 10 hours to finish

i run this game just fine and i meet the specs at normal to high.

AMD Radeon R9 270
AMD A8-5500 APU quad core 3.7 GHz
12GB of DDR3 RAM

my textures are normal, MSAA is off, everything else is on high, and I get 20-30 FPS with it.
