yeah the problem isn't necessarily that people are too stingy to get internet that is meant for human beings, it's in many cases probably related to poor infrastructure or availability in the area or ISPs who are massive, massive jerkholes

esp if you're in a rural area where the best internet you have is satellite or 3G which i was unfortunate enough to have to endure for a whole month jesus christ the agony
