also it looks like you can have some type of online character as a cop in this too

so it's either some custom skin or somehow with magical wizard powers it's actually able to put your online character into singleplayer

or i'm just dumb and that model was in the police category already

it's not covering my cars and ground in snow, just the particles and heavy bloom. :(

sadly the snow is attached to the car's models because thats how rockstar made them

the only way to get cars with now is to spawn them in

the ones i know of are "RANCHEROLD" "POLICEOLD" and "POLICE2OLD" or something like that

Every single car has a snow model and I know this because Rockstar did the winter holiday thing. The trouble is making a mod to enable that, and there is, but it only works Online, which... is obviously risky.

there are at least 10 that I know
some of the vehicle names in the trainer that have the number 2 (or any number considering if there are multiple models of it) are snow versions of vehicles

Someone on that thread linked a download to the old exe and stuff, so mods will still work with that
