That was pretty cool.
But damn do those guys suck at co-ordination.
To be fair, goofing off is par for the course when you're doing it for a video.

Really nice shots.
The second one reminded me of fallout new Vegas. Just because of the colours lol.

i got bored

I legitimately confused these for photos as I scrolled past them, good job man

So here's a really good way to use the director features.

the slow and the dramatic: terrible angle drift

I can't wait to get this game on PC so I can make a video that's actually not painful to watch

Gotta say I've been pretty dissapointed with Rockstar so far on GTA 5. Pre-ordered it via Retail, and it has been downloading since Monday Night. Over 40 hours spent downloading at astronomically low speeds despite a sturdy internet connection. It finally began working and after the first heist a number of files were corrupted rendering the game unplayable. I had to manually search my folder and scan files to find the corrupted ones, remove them, and then redownload about a 1/3rd of the game. This is about hour 40 and it just had to keep going for 8 minutes at 3mb to finish, but it suddenly dropped to 5 or so kb and is now estimating a 7.5 hour wait.

The worst part? The loader freezes every 3-5 minutes. I have to sit here and pause and unpause it like a babysitter that has to pay the disruptive child.
I would ask for a refund to purchase it on Steam, but I'd lose my pre-order status which I don't really want.

The first heist was fun. Too bad the game doesn't work. I was legitimately excited for this game.

Sounds like a problem that's on your end.

Absolutely not-- there are thousands of cases all over the internet of extremely low download speeds and often corruption of files from the retail installer; a simple search will prove this. Rockstar has done little support for these users and the solutions that have been found are being kept privately in moderator-only tickets, rather than being addressed in the appropriate threads.

Then there are millions more of people having no such issues. That doesn't mean it's not user error.

When a problem caused by a user's computer is so widespread that it affects a large minority or majority of the demographic then it becomes the fault of the company. The "millions more" are mostly Steam users. Retail is the problem center.

But on a different point-- how can slow download speed from a developers website be the fault of the thousands of users using it when they have reasonable speeds elsewhere? It's obviously not a user error.

Because somehow or another you are in the minority experiencing the issue, thus it is something on your side. They can fix it, sure, but they don't have to.
Dunno what "slow download speeds" you're talking about, went plenty fast for me.

It seems as though you are intentionally trying to aggravate me? Why?

All I posted is that I was having a bad experience with support despite meeting all recommendations and quick internet. You descend into a sort of greater-than-thou mode in which you attempt to make it seem as though I have done something wrong.

There is no point continuing this-- you are literally acting handicapped for the sake of continuing your own argument. I know you aren't. Don't pretend to be.

edit: removed some starfishs
