i killed a three people in the same crew like over 10 times.

they tried so hard to kill me using hydra's, valkyries, calling mercs on me. Even chase me in civie cars.

hydra is actually really OP if you know what you're doing. I get in it and kill people who standout most on the map or have bounties, and can stay in it for the entire session, untouched
although I can't really know exactly what I'm shooting at and thus took out 3 personal cars in a session

Yeah, Hydra's cannon is very very effective, since it fires a lot of explosive rounds very quickly.
You just have to be good at maneuvering.

A burst of less than a second will take out a tank.
My brother rescued a group being chased by a guy in a tank doing this.

if this is on console, you have to reinstall. I know because it happened to me a lot.
If it's on PC, verify the game cache data, reinstall. If nothing works, post a ticket on the support page.
