Order of the Kevlar Alliance

- WIP but basically it's just an alliance of proof -

A crazed and drunken vest stabs a knife and then retreats to man land.

NOOO BEAT ME TO IT
AHAHAHAHAHA!!!

What was jizzbeard's name again?

Edit:  Satellites.

Edit2:

The Pi-I's testing is a failure as the engines were insufficiently cooled, and they overheated.  Erinaum is now working on a supercoolant.  The AI-operated plane overheats on takeoff at about 41,000 feet and crashes back to earth after two fuel cells explode.  The Pi-II is at 30%, and should enter testing within five years.

The geothermal shafts 1-3 and 6 at Erinaum's CRAP are complete.  Pumping systems and wells are installed on shafts 1 and 2.  The actual power plant components are installed, and begin pumping water for shafts 1 and 3 with no problems.  Temporary generators are shut off, but are kept on standby, as the whole CRAP operates off of the geothermal power.  Power plant construction is powered by the power plant itself.  Erinaum plans to offer power to other CRAPs in 10 years or fewer.

NOOO BEAT ME TO IT

Plans for a TB pact moon base hit the finalization stage.

After a slight modification to the (I'm just going to call it this from now on) ISS, it now has access to SynerNet, which AC engineers have not been neglecting, just not reporting to the government about.  The first site visited from the ISS is a video streaming site where astronauts watched a cat video.

Klevinstein claims some land :

there are current no plans for this land, it may be land used for cities and commercial related things

Klevinstein begins to work on a new weapon, though currently in the prototype stages, it will be used in police force and military forces

The only info released is that it will be a type of handgun, it is set for release by 2007

Reposting-

Tbilisi Pact

The Tbilisi Pact was founded for the purpose of continued good relations between The Tsardom of Belsnia and the Arab Confederation. Since then, Erinaum has joined the pact and Belsnia has gone through major reforms of government.

Update 1: AC radicals in former Abdullahi threaten to secede from the confederation. Belsnia and AC become stressed as Erinaum helps the radical government relocate and Erinaum is suspended for 10 years. Atsina is admitted into the Pact for devout loyalty to AC and Belsnia over the years.

Articles of the Tbilisi Pact
The Pact has a set of articles that all nations must follow and swear to follow. (Guys I think we need to overhaul these)

Article I
Nations in the pact MUST offer help to other nations in a crCIA or war. Only not to be sent if the nation in the crCIA declines.
Article II
Nations must be trading at least one resource along at least one self funded trade route with all nations of the pact.
Article III
Major technological advancements must be shared. Minor advancements that are deemed necessary to help the welfare of Pact citizens must be shared.

Member nations
Arab Confederation
Belsnia
Atsina
Erinaum - Expelled Aided terrorists against the Arab Confederation and was an overall nuisance in everything upon returning from a 10 year suspension.

I thought all that unclaimed space was shared territory.

Brb, drawing a map.
Never mind.

Work continues on the TPSP's moon base.  Research is also being put into the possibility of making space flight less expensive and therefore more practical, and useful as a more general thing in future.  The AC begins to bid off certain more minor functions of its development of space technologies (not the booster rockets, more like the pens that work in zero gravity) to private companies within the Tbilisi Pact with the intention of general privatization of more of the AC's functions, getting equal or better quality for equal or better price/time required.  Naturally, all involved companies are sworn to secrecy on projects, with harsh penalties for any who would break these confidentiality agreements.

A Confederate trade ship, en route to one of its many trade allies, explodes suddenly, close to the coast.  It is visible to all who are spending their day peacefully on the beach.  Multiple speedboats can be seen speeding off from the scene, and disappearing.

Measures similar to those taken during the Madagascar conflict are taken.  Trading ships now begin to travel in convoys guarded by submarines and patrol boats.  As the perpetrators of the act are yet unknown, the AC's initial suspicion is APEP.  The militias are given a general briefing and are ordered to increase their readiness.

The Grand Sheikh's bodyguard is doubled, with members whose families will die should they betray the Sheikh.

Surveillance satellites watch the AC's coastline.  Further attacks at sea will be traced.  The AC also begins to more closely monitor the communications of areas suspected of being hot-spots of anti-AC sentiment, both internationally and within the AC.

The usual protocol of setting a bounty on rebel leaders goes into effect.  $5,000,000 equivalent for the head of the leader (head must be verified), and $5,000 for the head of any other random minion enemy.

Following the harsh procedures, those who use cable television's TVs experience a brief bit of static, before a live broadcast from an unknown location begins.  The man who is speaking's face has been censored, and his voice has been scrambled, changing pitch almost every three seconds.
"Sisi ni mabaki Abdullahian, Maasi ya serikali mpya na kuanguka kwa utawala wa Sheikh wa. Sisi kufanikiwa. Sisi watafufuliwa, kama uhakika kama jua haina kuweka juu ya upeo wa macho usiku huu.

Hakuna sababu ya kuzuia wetu. Sisi ni hazieleweki. Sisi ni unstoppable. Tunaogopa hakuna hata mmoja."

With that, the man walks off screen.  A chair is dragged in, in the chair is a militia officer, still in uniform, his face bruised and bloodied, and his uniform torn and stained.  A man, whose face is covered in a shemagh, walks into frame, carrying a wire with two handles attached to the ends.  He wraps the wire around the man's neck, and pulls the handles.  He soon begins to bleed, making choking sounds, until it finally ceases, and he slumps in the chair.  The man unwraps the wire, holding it up.  "Amekufa!" he shouts, and the televisions go back to their regularly scheduled programs.
