A majority of the obstacles and sleeping quarters etc for the military operation in New Abdullahi are completed, Erinaum, UOU, and Vierte are encouraged to send their men now, and Plexia (Or Slevokxia?  I forget which, honestly, the names are too similar with the Xs) are encouraged to send their generous donations of vehicles and weapons etc.  A promise is made that all equipment will be returned cleaned and in the condition it was sent.

Okay, I think Plethora means non-nuclear ICBMs. Nukes are not allowed. Check OP's rules.

Regardless, AC agreed to a deweaponization order for a period of 7 years.  I don't care if it's a precaution, it's still arming.  I will disarm my orbital defenses if Plethora will keep to his end.
