Erinaum stops a train at the border of Belsnia. All railway traffic in and out of Belsnia is halted.
They inspect the cargo and find that there are about 63 kg of high-grain explosives. They promptly evacuate the train, keeping at the train at a halt, and evacuating the crew, and calling in a bomb squad. The bomb squad enters, finds a few "hobos" and kicks them out. They are handed over to police and are currently being pat down. An Erinamese officer walks up to the Belsnian Border Patrol officer and speaks in Russian, "Exceuse me, we believe that some more terrorists were planning to sabotage something of yours. We're still looking through the train, but we've received permission for you to come inspect it with as many as 10 soldiers at a time, plus one scientist. Bring bomb suits. We believe that the perp is inside." He hands the guard a piece of paper with the permission of a Novek of the region, and then walks back and shouts a few orders in Erinamese. Men begin carrying out the explosives, which are glued to the containers inside of the train with some kind of extremely strong adhesive. A scientist is on the way to inspect it.
An explosive is disabled and taken apart. They are chemical explosives, highly volatile. Correct disposal units are also on the way.
