AC jets are seen flying over the Crimea and Sea of Azov. They do not drop bombs or fire railguns or lasers or missiles or anything, they just fly over.
The Government in Exile of Belsnia (GEB) launches an attack on Sardinia. For months they have been sneaking Belsnian expatriates onto the island and integrating them. The night of the new moon in December, the ammunition magazines on several large Belsnian warships offshore explode in unison and a major tank depot goes up in flames. Confused fighting erupts in the streets as GEB agents attack government buildings and hand out weapons to civilians previously too scared to take action, some of whom betray the GEB in hopes of garnishing favor with the fascist regime.
The AC is hopes that the GEB won't be operating out of the Belsnian embassy anymore, but will not directly support the GEB in its violent struggle.
The AC finishes Plan B. It's a bat bomb. Bats are equipped with small incendiary devices, and packed into a bomb which is dropped at night. When day comes the bats will go into buildings and at some point ignite the incendiary and the building will burn. This is not a joke. It worked in the 40s.
