Tbilisi PactThe Tbilisi Pact was originally founded for the purpose of continued good relations between The Tsardom of Belsnia and the Arab Confederation. Since then, Erinaum has joined the pact and Belsnia has gone through major reforms of government. Erinaum was expelled for lending political weight to rebels in the AC, and Atsnia was granted membership for devout loyalty to the Pact over the years. Erinaum formed its own organization, the PEMU, which served to create a cold war between the Tbilisi Pact and the itself, fueled mainly by animosity between Erinaum and the Tbilisi Pact nations. After Belsnia underwent a fascist coup, Atsnia severed its membership to the Pact, Belsnia was expelled for warmongering, and Atsnia returned to the Pact. Following the fall of the Belsnian Fascist Regime, Belania accepted an invitation to renew membership to the Pact. Due to the dissolution of Erinaum, Erinamese land passed to the United Order of Utah, which resisted returning much of the land upon Erinaum's reunification, leading to the United order of Utah's exit from the PEMU and eventual entrance to the Tbilisi Pact. Due to obvious and extreme lack of loyalty to the Tbilisi Pact and public censure of the United Order of Utah.
