basically i have things like modern helicopters and weapons etc/early cold-war era things but i've never really bothered to write them down in my post since they weren't important at the time and i wasn't at war. It was also before I realized we were supposed to update our posts.

The AC proposes that in a few years Yaslovakia temporarily be incorporated into the Arab Confederation rendering further acts of violence perpetrated against Yaslovakia acts of violence against the AC.  This option comes with some requirements such as ending acts of violence against Slevokxia (due reparations can be negotiated between Slevokxia and Yaslovakia in future) and the scaling back of fascism in Yaslovakia as long as it is a part of the AC plus ten years, as the AC holds the freedom of its citizens in a place of honor.  I feel that this not only makes attacking Yaslovakia much more dangerous and less desirable (Does anybody really want to get in a war with the AC and TP?), but also addresses some of the PEMU's reasons for attacking (Namely attacks on Slevokxia and fascism in Yaslovakia.  I can't fix a warmongering attitude except by toppling regimes, something I have no intention on doing if at all avoidable.).  Yaslovakia should give this some serious thought before responding and bear in mind that the AC will withdraw aid should Yaslovakia decline.  (Keep in mind the AC is at least by name a confederacy, and this can be applied so that Yaslovakia will not lose autonomy to a great extent.)

I am on the side of peace and sanity.  Those in the PEMU that oppose this are clearly only interested in taking Yaslovakian lands for themselves, are opposed to peace and sanity, and show a gross deviation from respect of the sovereignty of nations.  Since UOU is seemingly the only moderate nation in the PEMU, and others involved in hostilities have declined peace talks or ignored them, I feel that this is the only path leading to peace and de-radicalization.

The AC's DEFCON is lowered to 2 until such time as Yaslovakia declines or the PEMU ceases its attack.
