I'm personally of the opinion that SWAT ragequitted and that it is more than charitable of Lancelot to have given anything back at all.
But that's just my opinion and counts for nothing.
Swat's mind control stuff is legitimate, at least upon evidence on hand right now, I may look further into it.  And yeah, it is mind control but it's not.  Wish I'd found it first.  Though how a bunch of rebels would have gotten ahold of something like that would be sketchy.

SWAT can have riots, but he can't have huge ones or claim to control much more than some kind of underground movement.
Swat, don't cite examples like those, especially given that every rebellion on this thread involving two players has ended in relocation or retention of captured lands.

If possible I'd like to have you all RP this out because I'm sick and tired of having to use host power around here.

I've offered to help financially with relocation but Swat will have none of it.  If he is not willing to cooperate then there is not much that can happen.  The riots will continuously lose momentum.  UoU will treat whatever mind control OP crap that is.  Life goes on.
