I would've gone for the M4 then through that line until you can switch over to the T29. T1 Heavy sucks so hard compared to what it has to fight. The American t5 and 6 mediums are much better than the heavies in my opinion
Only because they're so nice and squishy~

I guess today is one of those days where I lose every single round....

Just take a break, come back, and it'll usually solve itself (for me).

Yeah that's what I usually do  :panda:

IS-3 better be worth it.
spoiler: it's not

I can't stand the entire IS line of tanks, they're just not my play style :(

IS-3 isn't bad once you get the BL-9, it can bounce shots and dish out the damage. The problem with it is that angling so that people can't penetrate your frontal weakspots is useless because they can penetrate the sides of your beak instead. The IS-3's strength lies in it's speed, spaced side armour and it's turret. Very much a brawling tank

If anybody wants to platoon on NA West, my acc is "lampshadeninja."

Phew that took some playing to get!

Why do you keep making me jealous.

The real IS-3 had a short operatering range and it ran out of fuel quickly. It's armor was mostly in the front and it's side armor was very weak. Anything an IS-3 could destroy, a T-54/55 could do better. Plus there weren't any HEAT rounds made for the 122mm gun.

I also heard that the beak proved weak to repeated punishment due to the relatively low quality of the welding techniques used to connect the three plates. Not that any of this really matters though since I'm just trying to defend the IS-3 as it is in the game.
