If you want to debate about my religion, then bring it on. As someone who is a Muslim and has studied it, I must disagree.

There are billions of Muslims. Unlike Christianity, Islam is a religion that you have to put work in to be granted heaven, and because of this most muslims read the quran and put much more effort into their religious devotions. With billions of followers, you would think at least a few million muslims would be out there killing everyone in sight, based on your perception of Islam.

I hate to discuss religion at all on here, but when an idiotic statement like yours is spoken to defend the atrocities foreign countries have committed against us, then I have to stop you right then and there.

My dad is Jewish, and I am of Swedish and Danish origin, and I still have family in Sweden and Denmark. They have experienced hateful words said to them, but nothing too harsh yet. I do not want to seem like a bigot, but the Muslims are the ones who commit a lot of these crimes. My grandparents in Kopenhagen have been slurred many times, and were nearly stoned with pebbles by two Iraqi boys. It's terrible what is happening with the rise of neo-national socialistsm in all of Europe all over again. The Scandinavian people aren't anti-Semitic, it is many of the immigrants who are.

The sad fact about Syria is the fact there is nothing we can do. If we support the rebel forces, which factually is made up of about 45% former or current Al Qaeda members, we would technically be arming the enemy. And if we don't do anything, then the other 55% will hate us anyway! So what do we do? Nothing is probably what we should do, but what about the innocents? Well 45 out of every 100 innocents we kill would probably be helping us anyway. I say we just send in the Tomahawk missles, blow up the chemical weapons caches, and get our ass out. Quick and clean, without civilian casualties.

I was watching MSNBC last night, and wow it is unexpected to see how many Syrian civilians actually want us Americans to intervene and attack. It just shows how desperate they are since other countries aren't willing to assist them such as Russia. In a way, I do see good in this for them; but certainly not for us.
