Who should I side with in New Vegas? (Slightly spoilerish)

I'm at level 24, and never really decided on who to side with. I want the Brotherhood and Mr. House to be preserved, but I really don't want to wipe out Mr. House. Also, I'm not siding with the Legion, they're a bunch of starfishs.

It's shame after you basically own the Strip and have the NCR and Legion by the balls that you can't just mercilessly execute them all. I would have liked to have seen more available once you owned the loving city, but whatever.
