I'm not sure 25 cents is enough to pay respects either
I'm sure you can buy some level of respect with 25 cents ;)

more late night shenanigans-- a friend of mine wanted me to teach him how to drift, starting in a dry parking lot... his car was AWD and auto trans but it also had an LSD and semi-auto shift function so we made it work.

AWD just feels, well, weird, to get sideways. i am definitely no master but i wrung it out once at 35mph to demonstrate. the squealing of tires freaked him out at first which was hilarious. i let him try donuts to get a feel for controlled sliding, and then finally one drift attempt where he completely forgot to counter steer, but it was all super fun.

another one of my idiot friends decided it'd be funny to hit 140 on a country road with me in the passenger seat. i wasn't exactly happy but that's the fastest I've ever gone in anything in my life so yeah i guess that's pretty cool

I think the fastest I've ever driven was 110mph in my mom's ex-bf's mini cooper s
it was fun
but after paying for a $250 ticket (unrelated to the 110mph bit), I'm not that into speeding anymore

hey this is all too familiar

That must've been a residential zone right!?

Behind a resident. there were no houses facing the road or connected to it.

Ah ok. Sorry but 45 in a 15 just seems slightly ridiculous to me. Not because of the speed but because where I live that aren't to many 15 MPH speed limits on the regular roads. Of course it gets that low in the neighborhoods but everything else is over 30 MPH.
