It is called MoneyPack. You have to start your computer in safe mode, delete this rstui thing, and restore the computer. I think thats the steps, Im not sure. Good luck! (The virus comes in several forms, and its also a Trojan)

If I got that Moneypack thing I would just take it to the FBI and ask them about it.
One time I got a fake virus from one of those screen recorder things, and it gave me a fake blue screen and all. I waited about 3 days and it was GONE. Seriously, no traces of it. Gone.
