This seems to be a Torque related bug. This screenshot error has happened on my older computer when playing SPAZ, or when running Blockland as a non-steam game.

There's some obnoxious trolls on the Steam page, and everybody's just feeding them.

Also, people keep bringing up some of Badspot's stupider comments.
