I'm just gonna drop Kurt's moveset in here, using Plast's layout
Kurt "Dismguy" Steinway
A primordian mercenary who has a mental illness. He is specialized in firearms of his liking and possesses a unique power called magnus. He suddenly finds himself contributing to a dangerous fighting tournament in an unknown place, and he won't back down until he achieves victory, and returns to his home planet with an ego-boosting story.
Special moves
Gun Frenzy: Pops out 2 SMGs from his back and duel wields it in a crazy, frenzy of fast traveling bullets. These bullets do low damage, but a large amount of shots fired at the opponent can leave a big mark.
Magnus Kick: Leaps forward and stops at mid air, only to do a frontflip while stretching his leg out, creating a kick and going down at high speed, while his kick emits pink laser particles that fashionably damage the victim.
Dezik River: Extends his arm and flexes his hand into the shape of a gun, then he begins to emit a laser-like projectile from his index finger, composed of a thick black liquid that damages those who make contact with it.
Kurt's Terrible Appetite: Kurt sits down and pulls gross food out of the ass, such as haggis, rocky mountain oysters, turtle soup (out of a shell bowl), etc and eats it all in one bite. This causes him to let out a gross pink burp that damages those who dare go near it.
Taunt
Flips the bird at his opponent while laughing maniacally.
Hypers
Hyper 1:
Kurt pulls out a spontaneous mushroom, and he eats it (it'd also be cool if he sucks on his fingers [even with his gloves] after he noms it. After this he "levels up" and his arms get quite thicker (only temporarily though), as he pulls out all types of guns each being different, and he automatically fires it the direction he is facing. This hyper shouldn't last too long.
Hyper 2: Kurt does a spontaneous whistle calling for someone. Who is it? Johnny Basket lands down in the fight scene like a meteor, and he grabs Kurt in his hands all scooby-doo style and they fly fabulously out of the screen. A few seconds later, they both land like a meteor into the fight scene at the speed of sound, causing a glorious impact that damages enemies.
Hyper 3:
Both of Kurt's eyes go white, while undergoing extreme pain and holding his face, they both go completely black. Then he lets out a yelp of pain and screams out while he shoots out thick black projectiles out of him in a shmup-like manner.
