im confused as for the moveset thing
all i know is that face would mainly have rapid, heavy attacks by kicking (kickboxing, taekwondo) but at strictly short range. for long range she'd use her magnum which would deal heavy damage as well but would be slower. she'd also have pretty high health
also for a special with the magnum it'd probably be like, a shotgun or grenade slug. i guess

If you want, just list 3-5 special moves and 3 hyper moves (basically like super powerful special moves)
I thought maybe some people would come up with a full moveset so I tried to lay everything out.
