how to make any character female:
boobs.

how do you give this boobs
it'll look like balls or something probably

You're doing it wrong.

Add eyelashes. Eyelashes = girl. We all learned this from Mat Annal.

eyelashes would probably look good on femflyer too

Well certain species of bird have the females lack coloration in certain segment, that'd help out with design.

Like cmon, don't make femflyer flat with an excuse to look gay. jk don't kill me C:

ok
i'm sadcolor

oops

so like this?
(i extended jet's hat back a little because I thought it looked weird otherwise...but I'll move it back if you want)
Not quite; the little line on the left that makes him look like he has an elf ear? That should be smooth, part of the curve of his head. He has no visible ears - his only facial features are his eyes.

wow somehow I read "doesn't" as does
or maybe I thought you meant that it wasn't on the sprite?

probably the latter

but i mean it kinda looks like that in the drawing? where the two parts of the outline don't connect?

Ex. the pearooster species
males:

female:

hm yeah i see what you mean but i kinda want them to look fairly similar to eachother considering femflyer is supossed to pretty much be a female version of flatflyer but with a few personality tweaks.

Why is everyone making  "♀" sprites?

Why is everyone making  "♀" sprites?
cause it's what's hip and happenin'

Why is everyone making  "♀" sprites?
cause women
we're all releasing our inner female
