I still dont even know wether Blue is going to be in this or not, but I'll have a go at making his move list
Once a young recruit of the imperial army and now the blade shadow of Terra, he wanders in different plains of existance, seeking out the ultimate challenge. He is a very agile swordfighter, deadly at close, but lacks ranged attacks.
Special moves
Counter: Blue sheathes his sword for two seconds. If attacked during this time, he will instantly evade the attack and counter with a fast attack.
Blink: Blue dashes at an incredible speed to the other side of the screen and damages anyone in the way. Can get interrupted by a projectile attack and has no effect on anyone blocking.
Flux: a simple projectile attack. A ball of dark flame is fired from Blue's raised hand.
Blade tornado: Blue spins around wildly with his blade, causing a small tornado around him. Has a chance of stunning the opponent, but can be interrupted by projectiles.
Meditate: Blue begins to meditate and slowly recover HP. Any attacks during this will interrupt the meditation and deal 1.5x damage.
Taunt
Blue takes out a few throwing stars and starts juggling them
Hyper
Blue is engulfed in dark flames and his eyes glow deep blue. For around ten seconds, Blue's attacks have a chance of draining half the damage dealt, but he is unable to use specials during this state.
