i literally spent the last 2.5 hours trying to get this to export with the correct colors and I thought maybe it was something wrong with the animation (like some frames where the bitmap wasn't on a whole number pixel) but no, it was just Flash being a huge [insert generic insult]. I had to upload all 156 frames of this to a website to compile a GIF for me.
