the hands may look okay in 1st person but in 3rd person it's ugly as forget

In 3rd person it looks awfully stuff when hands randomly flop around, just make them T+T like in 3RD person

I HAVE the base hand models. im not stupid and deleted them lol. and I plan on doing just that. I'm still actively debating the gloves removal tho..

That is currently not possible in Blockland. It's how the datablocks work.

Just use plain grey color.
