The simplest thing would probably be to send him a PM, but I feel as though an admin or mod will see this eventually, so it's not necessary.

When Poiuyt hijacked my account and posted a roblox link, I got my account back within a day or two iirc. Don't see why the policy would change as long as Arom has enough proof, and I think his proof is enough to warrant an unban.
edit: He also originally posted the topic to GD.
